A surprisingly easy and tasty fish to do on the BBQ - always looks spectacular when served!

A classic cocktail - perfect for sundowners on the deck overlooking Pittwater. The picture is of Barrenjoey House' Negroni - they do a mean one too - hop on the ferry for lunch and make sure you remember the last ferry is at 6!

I first made this to contribute to a lunch at our Mackerel neighbours and they made us take the leftovers back - we found out the next day that later in the evening they started plotting to raid our house for the rest of the trifle.... I have made it a few times since - always a hit!
