About the Recipe
A classic cocktail! Make it for Sundowners on the deck overlooking Pittwater or rather than making it go over to Barrenjoey House for a fabulous lunch and have one as an apertif (they do make a mean negroni)
Ingredients
Equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and Campari
Ice
Slice of orange (I prefer blood orange)
Preparation
Pour gin, vermoth and campari into cocktail shaker with ice
Shake until cold
Strain into glass with large block of ice (we use muffin tins to get large blocks)
